  Really stressful experience as if moving alone isent hard enough. Travel time manager agreed to was not respected when the bill came. Charged ne 105$ instead of the 70$ agreed upon and got the other manager to bill me hoping I wouldn't notice... I DID. Movers showed up with 4 people instead of 3*which was never agreed upon and charged me an extra 10$ per hour w/o asking permission they rather told me. Manager complained about how much stuff I had the ENTIRE TIME and keped telling me it would take hours upon hours longer than anticipated (which was completely false in the end). The manager also discouraged the other movers from helping me with heavier items.

  We booked are moving date at least one and a half months ago. They told us that the movers would arrive around 1 PM and we confirmed a couple days in advance making sure that they would be there for the move. We've been told that there wouldn't be any problem. The day that we moved, we started with some friends at around 12 PM and do the bigger furniture once the movers got there an hour later. At 3 PM, the movers weren't there, so we called and the secretary told us they would be late because the move before us was longer then expected. To us, there was no problem with that as long as they would get there and move our furniture. We ended up not having any movers show at our door and it was 7 PM. We tried calling them many times, but no one would answer. When we finally talked to someone, they told us they were on there way and would be there shortly. Our boxes were all moved by then and it was now 9 PM. We finally reached them at around 9:15 and they told us they would be there in 40 minutes. We told them not to show up and that we were very disappointed by their very bad service. We ended up moving our stuff with a pickup and trailer we borrowed from our friends and finished moving at 1 AM when my husband had to go to work at 6 AM the next morning. I would never recommend this company to anybody and if I could give zero stars I would because that is what I got: zero service.

  I want to thank the Eco team of movers. They were on time, they worked tirelessly with a smile on their faces. I cannot tell you how satisfied we were. Alex, Hugo, and Shiv (and for one hour someone I didn't get a name) were awesome. Polite, hardworking, and very sweet.

  Took 12 hours to move a bungalow , we got quoted a price then found out about all the extras. Will not ever use them again. 1 Guy actually did nothing the whole time and told me he didn’t feel like working and that this company was no good and to call la capitale next time. Horrible service

  Wow! They did an amazing job. I had a lots of heavy furniture and was affraid of stuff breaking but the movers came all ready with equipement and were trained. All stuff was fully packed and unpacked clean. Maybe the move would not have been that smooth if I had not chosen Eco moving.
