  Horrible. I reserved an economy car a couple of days before pick up. They didn't have one so they upgrade the car and when I told them I didn't want it they said oh don't worry you wont be charged for the upgrade. (Wonder who will pay for the increase in gas) and then when I got my statements etc. I see that they did charge me for this upgrade that I didn't want. They must be having a lot of issues when it comes to Billing cause you are left waiting with High Call Volume bleeping in your ears..

  Je viens de louer une auto, je suis parti et 10km plus loins, sur l’autoroute, je suis venu pour laver mes vitres, non, j’ai cru à première vu que le lave-vitre était vide.. j’ai donc continuer presque à l’aveuglette jusqu’au premier garage. J’ai donc acheté un galon de liquide, et j’ai réalisé que le contenant était plein sous le capot?!? Ca sentait comme le décapant... d’après moi yun épais qui à mis de l’eau dedans, pis le système à gelé. Mais bon, j’appelle le service a la clientèle pour leur dire que cette automobile n’est pas sécuritaire .. j’ai du le rapporter car il voulait me faire attendre 2 heures pour le towing?! Si je meurt sur le chemin, et bien dites vous que je leur ai expliqué les risques, mais la fille a répondu avec son arrogance, je vais passer votre message au supérieur!!!

  I originally reserved with herz, but they sent me over to the thifty counter. The guy in it was extremely condecending, it was my first time renting and He did not make it a good experience. For the return i filled in the tank 10 mins before arriving to the airport but no, i got charged $27 dollar because the needle was slightly below the full tank line.

  Every thing was perfect. I got an economy car for a week. Very clean and probably brand new Toyota.
